A lot of people get hung up on what the calorie calculator says or worse.. feel like a failure because they haven’t got results from following the numbers the calorie calculator told them to.
Let me explain why these are over simplistic, the factors that influence energy expenditure, how vast and complex these are and that it’s totally normal to need some more support.
They tell you what to do but not how to do it.
