This course is very practical with impactful lessons and action points to implement immediately.
Course content
How to get the most out of life & build a life you love.
1: Creating life synergy & the 'fuk average' mindset
I prefer to use life synergy as opposed to life balance. The key difference being the components add to each other as opposed to take from each other.
Example: when you get the right dose of exercise you have MORE energy, creativity, productivity – this isn’t balance, this is synergy.
The ‘fuk average’ mindset is about not settling for social norms, not accepting life is down hill after 40 and beating the average stats:
most people gain weight, lose muscle and reduce their health as they age.
Not us.
2: Identifying your values
Knowing your values is the first step to living your life in line with them.
‘Values’ often seems a bit wishy washy/ woo woo. But it’s not. It’s simply living in line with what is most important to you.
I have come up with a frame work to help you identify your values, assess how closely you live in line with them and then identify what changes you need to make to live in line with your values.
3: Limiting beliefs & fear of failure
Limiting beliefs and fear of failure hold you back more than lack of capability ever will.
Exploring where these come from and using the regret minimisation frame work (along with a few pep talks you can refer back to) really helps you start truly living your life and caring less about what others think.
4: Overcoming Perfectionism
I couldn’t write a self development course without including imperfect action!
This concept has had a huge impact on my life and is often the clicking point with clients. This concept spreads far beyond just diet and exercise.
It’s certainly how I got to where I am business wise too & how I intend to keep growing.
5: Beating overwhelm
Learn how to manage your time, energy, mood, stress, how you show up and ultimately your self.

6: Backing yourself & Building confidence
Be your own biggest cheerleader. Start treating yourself like you want to win, like you want to be successful.
Learn how to use self compassion to get better results & enjoy them more
7: Making your life more positive
Ultimately what I want you to get out of this course is a happier, healthier, more enjoyable life.
You’re going to learn how to reframe, how to see life more positively, how to create real gratitude (not forced) & how to rewire your brain to be more positive.
& how being more positive will impact the people around you.

Yes this is part of the commit to 6 program meaning you will get incredible coaching as you go.
Don't I need a fat loss goal to join commit to 6?
No, a lot of our members have or had fat loss goals but you do not need one.
You just need to want to improve your life.
What can I expect
Weekly lessons with action points that will change your outlook on life for the better over 6 weeks.
Why have you added this?
I noticed that the most impactful aspect of coaching was the shift in mindset people get as a by product. I wanted to add this to 10x that impact.

You can absolutely just focus on the commit to 6 program & ignore the self development course if you wish (I feel it would be a shame – its very good haha).
This is not compulsory. You have to want to do it.

You will have bi-weekly check ins with your allocated coach on commit to 6. We have an incredible team of coaches with various expertise.

How long does the course last?
6 weeks and then you can stay on in out ‘committed’ program.
Changing your life tends to take more than 6 weeks but there is no obligation to stay.
