What is the investment?
£219 for 6 weeks and then £129 per month to stay on as part of ‘committed’
Do I need a gym membership?
No!
We have home weighted and home body weight options too. You don’t need gym access.
I really struggle with weight loss. Can you help me?
Yes! If you’re willing to try then we can absolutely help you.
We specialise in helping women who have always struggled & specifically peri menopausal women, small women, women with PCOS and women who struggle with the binge/ restrict cycle.

What if I have a holiday/ wedding/ event during the 6 weeks?
Good! Our whole approach is built around you living your life while getting results. We want you to live your life while you work with us!
Diet and exercise should add to your life not retract from it!
& if you’re waiting for the ‘perfect’ time when you have nothing on.. you’re going to be waiting a long time!
I've tried lots of diets before.. what makes commit to 6 different?
A few things..
1) we care. we are fully invested in you getting results
2) we have a lot of experience! 1,000’s of women have done commit to 6 over the last 6 years. And we’ve learnt a lot from every single one.
3) we focus on behaviour change not just diet and exercise. this is key to long term results
4) the mindset prep! – we prepare you for commit to 6 with the mindset prep. Many people start diets and are already setting themselves up to fail. We make sure you come into this with the first attitude. We set you up for success and then support you to achieve your goals
5) Imperfect action! listen to this for more on that one.
Do I need to track calories?
No! we focus on finding the right approach for you. You don’t have to track calories and if you don’t want to we highly recommend the 3:1 method which works incredibly well around your life and makes fat loss simple and achieveable!
Can I do my own workouts?
Yes, we have many clients who come to us just for the nutrition and mindset side as they have a personal trainer or complete in Crossfit/triathlon/are training for a marathon etc etc.
Will I get a meal plan?
You will have example meal plans to help you consider food volume and protein within your diet and what your diet might look like for your targets.
But we do no prescribe rigid meal plans – we want you to live your life including eating socially, eating with your family and including the foods you love.
Meal plans tend to set you up for failure. Instead we encourage and support you to come up with a plan for you. Most clients get great results using out 3:1 method which Emma developed to be the perfect bland of flexibility and structure.
How do you set targets?
Your targets are set individually based on you, your goals and your starting point.
We use range targets which is a complete game changer if you are someone who has struggled with an all or nothing mentality around diet and exercise.
How do you assign my coach?
One of the most unique aspects of commit to 6 is that unlike other group coaching programs- we offer 1-1 support with a specialist coach.
Your coach is allocated based on the area you need the most support in and who we think you would work best with based on your answers in the initial questionnaire. You can also request to work with a specific coach
Can I change my mind after signing up?
We do not offer refunds outside of exceptional circumstances after signing up as you have full access to intellectual property as well as the time, effort and expertise of the coaches and personalised goal setting process.
The commit to 6 principles
Check ins with your specialist coach
1-1 check ins with your specialist coach.
You will be paired up with the coach who is best suited to help you but we are one big family on commit to 6- you have access to all the coaches and their brains, expertise and experience.
Check ins have been designed to review your progress, adapt where needed and trouble shoot for solutions to any problem or barriers you face.
Process > outcome
One of the most common reasons people give up on their goals is because they think they aren’t making progress. Usually it’s that the scales haven’t moved in the way they expected so they assume it’s not working and either give up or over restrict & then find it impossible so give up.
We focus on the process over the outcome – the process is what drives the outcome anyway.
So we set you process goals and let the outcome take care of itself.
This is far more effective and enjoyable!

Daily accountability in the member's group
One of the most impactful parts of commit to 6 is the group support.
We created it to be the best of both worlds – 1-1 and group support.
We also check in daily in the group so that if you do have a tough day we can get you straight back on track.
Not only do you have the coaches supporting you but you have a whole group of inspiring women all backing each other. It’s hard not to grow in this environment!

Be kind in the community or risk being removed
“ESG Fitness”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to ESG Fitness Ltd (or the trading entity that delivers Commit to 6).
“You”, “Client” refers to the person purchasing and participating in the Commit to 6 programme.
2) What Commit to 6 includes
A time-limited group coaching programme (typically 6 weeks) designed to support fitness, nutrition and lifestyle habits. The programme may include: app access, training plans, educational materials, group calls, community/forum access, check-ins and messaging during the programme window. Specific inclusions may vary by cohort and are described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
3) Eligibility & health responsibilities
- You confirm you are 18+ and have read and understood these T&Cs.
- You accept that exercise and dietary changes carry risk. You are responsible for seeking medical clearance prior to participation, especially if you have any condition (e.g., cardiovascular, metabolic, orthopedic, perinatal/postnatal, cancer, eating disorder history, or you are on prescription medication).
- Our coaches provide general education and coaching, not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Follow the advice of your GP/clinician over any programme suggestion.
4) Enrolment, start dates & duration
- Your place is confirmed once payment is received
- The programme runs for the published start/end dates. Access to coaching, check-ins and the community ends at programme close unless otherwise stated.
5) Fees, payment & refunds
- Fees are due in full at sign-up (or via an approved payment plan). You agree to keep your payment method valid until all instalments are paid.
- All sales are final. No refunds after sign-up. By enrolling, you receive immediate work product (onboarding, coach allocation/time) and access to proprietary materials (programmes, videos, templates). For that reason, we do not offer refunds, part-refunds, roll-overs or credits once you complete checkout.
- Payment plan defaults: late/missed payments may result in suspension of access until brought up to date. We reserve the right to recover reasonable costs associated with debt collection.
Consumer cancellation (digital services)
By enrolling, you request immediate access to digital services and acknowledge you waive any statutory cooling-off right for digital content/services that begin before the end of the cancellation period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
6) Pauses, transfers & substitutions
- Commit to 6 is time-boxed; pauses, extensions, transfers to future cohorts, or substitutions are not included.
- In rare, serious circumstances (e.g., new significant medical event), we may, at our sole discretion, offer options. This is goodwill, not policy.
7) Coaching scope & client responsibilities
- We provide education, habit coaching, and programming within our scope. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., exact weight loss or performance).
- You agree to:
- Engage with coaching, complete check-ins, and communicate relevant health changes.
- Use the app/community responsibly (no spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content).
- Not share, copy, resell or distribute our content (see IP below).
- Follow gym rules and use equipment safely.
8) Community standards
We aim for a supportive, judgment-free space. We may remove posts or revoke access (without refund) for: harassment, discrimination, unsafe advice, medical misinformation, promotion of disordered eating, or commercial solicitation.
9) Intellectual property (IP)
- All materials—workouts, documents, videos, audios, graphics, frameworks and any downloadable or view-only content—are ESG Fitness IP.
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use materials for your own personal use during the programme (and, where expressly stated, for personal reference after).
- You must not copy, record, redistribute, upload, sell, or create derivative works from our materials. Group call recordings (where provided) are for participants only and must not be shared.
10) Data protection & privacy
- We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy (GDPR/UK GDPR). We may collect training data, check-ins, and optional health-related information that you choose to share for coaching purposes.
- We use reputable third-party tools (e.g., coaching apps, payment processors). Some processing may occur outside the UK.
- You may request access, correction or deletion subject to legal/operational limits. Contact: [DPO/Support Email].
11) Assumption of risk & waiver
- You acknowledge the inherent risks of exercise and nutritional changes and accept full responsibility for your participation.
- As far as permitted by law, you waive and release ESG Fitness, its owners, employees and contractors from liability for injuries, losses or damages arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
12) Limitation of liability
- We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
- Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any loss arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall not exceed the programme fee you paid for the relevant cohort. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profits, opportunity, or data).
14) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., platform outages, strikes, epidemics, law changes). We will take reasonable steps to continue service or offer a fair alternative.
15) Changes to the programme or T&Cs
We may make reasonable updates to content, tools, coaches, or schedules to improve service. We may update these T&Cs; the version at purchase applies to your cohort. For material changes affecting you mid-cohort, we will notify you by email/app.
16) Termination
We may terminate or suspend access (without refund) if you breach these T&Cs, endanger others, share IP unlawfully, or engage in abusive behaviour. You may leave the programme at any time (no refunds/credits).
17) Complaints
We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Please email [esg@esgfitness.co.uk] with details. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to respond within 10 working days.
18) Governing law & jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Scotland (or update to your preferred UK jurisdiction). Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
19) Entire agreement
These T&Cs, the sales page for your cohort, and any written onboarding form the entire agreement between us regarding Commit to 6 and supersede prior discussions.
